Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BA)
Mental health professionals with a master’s degree in a related field who hold an active certification as a BCBA. Behavior Analysts (BA) are required to be licensed in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist. Behavior Analysts are responsible for assessment, oversight of treatment programming to RBT’s, and provide individualized skill acquisition to members.

Behavior Consultant – Applied Behavior Analysis (BC-ABA)
Mental health professionals with a master’s degree in a related field and must have completed a minimum of one year of full-time experience providing ABA services and/or a minimum of twelve credits in ABA from a college or university. BC-ABA are required to be licensed in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth as a professional counselor, social worker, or behavior specialist. A Behavior Consultant delivering Applied Behavior Analytic services is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, supervision of BHT-ABA, and coordination of clinical care across multiple domains.

Behavior Consultant (BC)
Mental health professionals with a master’s degree, or higher in the field with one (1) year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, counseling, or mental health. A Behavior Consultant is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, supervision of BHT, and coordination of clinical care across multiple domains.

Mobile Therapist (MT)
Mental health professionals with a master’s degree, or higher in the field of psychology, human services, social work, counseling, or special education with a clinical practicum. One year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults is required. A Mobile Therapist is responsible for one-to-one individual therapy, collateral therapy, and addressing matters of emotional wellness, quality of life, recovery, and resiliency in members.
