- Initial Consultation — office manager will conduct initial phone calls to gather any additional information needed (Insurance cards, referrals).
- Evaluation — comprehensive assessment, develop a personalized plan of care, and goal discussion
- Therapy Sessions — weekly sessions begin once the plan is agreed upon
- Progress Reviews — ongoing updates ensure goals are being met and adjusted as needed
